Terms & Conditions To Drawing:
Eligibility:
- The Tennessee Trucking Association’s Fall Conference Referral Drawing (hereinafter “Drawing”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, directors, and officers of the Tennessee Trucking Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Drawing.
How to Enter:
- To enter the Drawing, participants must refer a friend or acquaintance to register for the Tennessee Trucking Association’s Fall Conference.
- Referrers must ensure that their referred friends input the referrer’s name or a unique referral code in the designated field during the registration process.
- Participants may enter multiple times by referring multiple friends, subject to each friend’s successful registration.
Prize:
- Each referrer and their referred friend who successfully registers for the Fall Conference will be entered into the Drawing.
- The prize for the Drawing is a $250 gift card.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Drawing and Winner Notification:
- The Drawing will take place after the registration deadline for the Fall Conference.
- The winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible participants.
- The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided during registration.
- If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
Publicity Release:
- By participating in the Drawing, the winner agrees to allow the Tennessee Trucking Association to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
General Conditions:
- The Tennessee Trucking Association reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing at any time for any reason without prior notice.
- The Tennessee Trucking Association’s decisions regarding the Drawing, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
- Participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
- The Drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
- The Tennessee Trucking Association and its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Drawing or the prize.
Privacy Policy:
- Personal information collected during the Drawing will be used in accordance with the Tennessee Trucking Association’s privacy policy.
Governing Law:
- The Drawing and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
