Welcome to the Middle Tennessee Chapter page of the Young Professionals Council (YPC), a vibrant community of young professionals dedicated to the future of trucking in the Tennessee region. Our chapter focuses on hosting most of our meetings and activities near and around the Nashville area providing a local platform for members to engage, learn, and lead within the trucking industry.

MISSION – The Young Professionals Council (YPC) is comprised of young trucking professionals who have passion and drive for the future of trucking in Tennessee.

The council’s mission is “To empower and build camaraderie through the professional development of its young industry leaders through education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities while continuing to grow and strengthen the Tennessee Trucking Association.”

What Do We Do?

  • 2-3 Annual Events (like the Legacy Event, Sounds Game and Top Golf Fundraiser)
  • Periodic council and membership meetings
  • Getting involved with TTA events (like volunteering, Call on Nashville, Call on Washington)
  • Annual state-wide toy drive, Haulin’ for the Holidays

Why Do We Do It? We have a stake in, and passion for the future of trucking in Tennessee and are excited to be part of the process to shape that future. Our periodic council and membership meetings provide a platform for sharing ideas, discussing industry challenges, and exploring solutions.
