The efforts of thousands of professional truck drivers across Tennessee who perform
their duties safely, bravely, and selflessly every day deserve to be recognized. Honor
an outstanding driver in your company by nominating him or her for the
Tennessee Driver of the Year Award.
The Fleet Safety Awards recognize outstanding drivers and companies in the trucking industry who prioritize safety in their operations. Nominations are now open for drivers who consistently demonstrate safe driving practices and have an exemplary safety record.
2024 Tennessee State Fleet Safety Contest Online Application Form
The Tennessee Trucking Association instituted the Allied Professional of the Year Award as a means of recognizing Allied members whose accomplishments are outstanding in the support of Fleet Safety/Maintenance.
The award is designed to promote and advance high standards in the qualification and performance of individuals
employed by TTA Allied member companies in good standing who have demonstrated outstanding support to
TTA Carrier member companies.
The award will be presented at the Tennessee Trucking Association Annual
Convention in September.
The Tennessee Trucking Association Safety Management Council instituted the Safety Professional of the Year Award as a means of recognizing truck fleet safety directors whose accomplishments are outstanding.
The award is designed to promote and advance high standards in the qualification and performance of individuals employed in truck fleet accident prevention.
The award will be presented at the Annual Convention in September.
The Tennessee Trucking Association Young Professional of the Year Award is a means of recognizing Young Professionals who have demonstrated leadership skills, commitment to a career in transportation, and notable contributions to his or her company or industry. In addition to completing this form, please submit an exhibit highlighting your career accomplishments as a young professional, as well as your participation in TTA activities and events.
The 2024 Tennessee Trucking Association Clean Diesel Leadership Awards raise awareness and recognize organizations that have made significant, measurable improvements in air quality through the development and/or implementation of clean diesel actions (i.e., retrofits, idle reduction, alternative fuels, driver education, APU’s, fuel efficiency, etc.)
The Tennessee Trucking Association Clean Diesel Initiative is a collaborative effort to reduce emissions from on-road diesel vehicles in Tennessee. These awards signify the recipient’s commitment to air quality improvement
and clean diesel actions.
