UETN SMC/MC In-Person Meeting Notice

This is an invitation to the June 2nd, 2022 UETN Council meeting at MHC Kenworth, 9965 Airport Pkwy, Kingsport, TN 37663.

This meeting will be a roundtable discussion on best practices. Please be prepared to discuss your best practices in regards to safety and maintenance in your company. Some of the topics we will be discussing are as follows:

• Pre and post-trip inspections – what should drivers be doing?
• What three things should be checked on every PM?
• Adding new drivers, what works and what doesn’t work?
• If you could ask driver recruiting to do two things, what would it be?
• What are shippers and receivers doing that irritates drivers? What can be done about it?
• When you pick up a trailer that has been sitting at a shipper or receiver for over a month, what should you check?

Lunch will be provided by MHC Kenworth.
