Who Should Attend? Safety Managers, Risk Managers, Company Leadership, Owners, and anyone who has a vested interest in how safety operations affect the profitability of a business in the trucking industry. If you weren’t able to make it to part 1 you are still more than welcome to come out and learn.

Introducing: The Mongoose Method Pt. 2

The Mongoose Method was conceived to restore balance to our justice system. The goal is to beef up the arsenal of our defense; train you to proactively recognize and avoid traps; educate employees and the greater business community that depend so heavily on core services such as transportation and construction. Among other things, Mongoose Method will sharpen awareness of Reptile Theory tactics in depositions and trials. It will make you less vulnerable during litigation and allow you to go on the offensive.

If you attended part 1 of the Mongoose Method, you’ll know we reviewed why it is so effective, and the difference it can make in the industry. In part 2 Bill Kanasky is coming back to show you how to use this method with confidence.

The first half of the day will be focused on witness effectiveness training. Followed by a mock deposition with 2 members from the Association volunteering as “witnesses” to be questioned by working attorneys who will pose questions you might see in a real-life deposition. It’ll be a great opportunity to learn even more about this method.

Information is power. You can balance the scales of justice by learning the Mongoose Method.
