One night's deposit is required to confirm reservation
Cancellations: Must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full deposit refund
Early Departure Fee: One night's room and tax (waived if disclosed at check-in)
Important Deadlines
August 15, 2025: $50 late registration fee applies
August 22, 2025: $50 processing fee applies for refund requests
September 8, 2025: Last day to request refunds
Change & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Must be received by September 8 to receive a refund. No refunds will be processed after this date.
