2020 Convention Sponsorships Now Available!

Each year, thanks to your support, the Tennessee Trucking Association is able to provide the membership an exceptional program at the TTA Annual Convention. We are beginning to organize our 2020 event. The TTA 90th Annual Convention will be held September 20-22, 2020, at the Sandestin Hilton Resort in Destin, FL. We want to invite you once again to partner with us as an official convention sponsor.  
The Tennessee Trucking Association has been promoting the interests of the trucking industry for over 90 years and represents more than 500 trucking companies and allied industry members. The TTA Annual Convention is an essential part of our mission, and your sponsorship helps us accomplish this goal. We are currently negotiating with several speakers, as well as planning other educational, sporting and social events. As always, there will be plenty of opportunities for starting and advancing those relationships so crucial to your business.

We have commitments from several of our members that are now listed on our Website.  Click here to see those that have already sent in their commitment.  As part of your sponsorship, if you commit to a Premier Golf, Diamond or Platinum Sponsorship, your Logo will scroll across the TTA Landing Page from the time you commit until the end of the year.

Our Expo went so well in 2019, we will offer it again this year.  This Exhibition will allow our Sponsors an opportunity to showcase your services.  We will have 25 tables on a first come first serve basis.  The tables will be offered at $1,200.00 each if you do a Silver Sponsorship or above ($2,000.00), this will include on (1) free Registration.

So how do you sign up?  All you have to do is fill out the attached Sponsorship Form and send it back to us. We’ll take care of the rest. As a convenience, you can email this form to cfoster@tntrucking.org.  Once you return your sponsorship form, we will invoice you for your commitment and you can pay it and be listed on the website as a Convention Sponsor. The Tennessee Trucking Association would not be the vital organization it is without the support of our Allied members.
