TCW an 100% employee-owned Southeastern region intermodal carrier headquartered in Nashville, TN has once again secured the highest safety accolade bestowed upon motor carriers in the United States.   (Left to Right) Alexander Whittington (Regional Safety Manager), Eric McCray (Director of HR), Scott George (President), and Ronnie Holland (Director of Safety) proudly accepted this prestigious award from John Joines with Great West Casualty Company on behalf of all the employee-owners at the annual ATA Safety, Security and HR Conference in Phoenix AZ.

Out of approximately 750,000 motor carriers across the nation, only three are honored with this distinction annually.  This makes TCW’s second win within the midsize carriers’ category, following their previous recognition in 2016, and their first win in the small carriers’ group back in 2010.

The President’s trophy signifies more than just a single exceptional year; it reflects a steadfast commitment to safety across all aspects of operations.  Esteemed judges representing industry leaders, law enforcement, and FMCSA officials meticulously evaluate the carriers’ safety programs and overarching dedication to ensuring the safety of personnel and the public.

“Serving as the Director of Safety at TCW is an honor and blessing.  I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every individual, past and present, who has contributed to fostering a culture of safety within our great company.”  Ronnie Holland
