Event Tip

If several people from your company should attend, add them as contacts in the Membership Hub first. It makes registration cleaner and helps the right staff receive future event updates.

Not sure who should attend? Send safety staff to councils and training, leadership to conferences and advocacy events, and newer team members to networking or Young Professionals Council opportunities.

Preferences

Make Sure the Right People Get the Right Updates

Membership works best when updates reach the people who can use them. In the Membership Hub, review each contact and keep communication preferences current for newsletters, legislative updates, councils, training and event invitations.

  • Leadership and ownership: advocacy, convention, sponsorship and major association updates.
  • Safety and compliance: councils, roadside events, NATMI and regulatory alerts.
  • Maintenance: maintenance council, technician recognition and training opportunities.
  • Young professionals: YPC events, leadership development and volunteer opportunities.
Update Preferences

What to Keep Current

Your Member Profile Checklist

  • Company name, address, phone and website
  • Primary membership contact
  • Billing contact
  • Safety, compliance and operations contacts
  • Marketing or sponsorship contact, if applicable
  • Directory listing and public-facing company details
If a key employee leaves or changes roles, update the hub so TTA communications do not get stuck with the wrong person.
