We’re pleased to share that Paula Harper was selected as Member of the Month by the Women in Trucking Association.
Paula is a driver with FedEx Freight, a Road Team Ambassador with the Tennessee Trucking Foundation, and a 3rd-place winner in the 4-Axle Competition at the 2025 Tennessee Truck Driving Championships.
She lives by the motto, “Learn Something New Every Day,” and credits the Women In Trucking community with empowering women and reminding them they’re not alone in this industry.
Her advice to women considering a career in trucking? “Go for it.” Saying it's the best decision she ever made.Congratulations, Paula! We’re proud to see the impact you continue to make for women and men in trucking.
